Plan selection happens after your eligibility check. A licensed clinician at our independent clinical partner reviews your information and decides whether medically supervised treatment is clinically appropriate. If treatment isn't appropriate for you, BridgeWell Maintain — or just the nutrition, coaching, and movement support layer — is available without a prescription. Your enrollment fee covers the evaluation either way.

BridgeWell Maintain
Taper is a lifecycle phase inside the Maintain plan. Clinician-supervised dose reduction with intensified coaching and weekly monitoring. Not a separate plan.
BridgeWell Maintain
Long-term membership with monthly dietitian check-ins, behavior coaching, and relapse monitoring. Designed to prevent the rebound most platforms ignore.
