Privacy policy

How BridgeWell collects, uses, and protects your information.

The full BridgeWell privacy policy is being finalized with our privacy and compliance team. The summary below outlines the categories that will be covered. For specific questions before the final document is published, contact privacy@bridgewellnow.com.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), health information you provide during intake (height, weight, medical history, goals), payment metadata (Square handles card data; we never see card numbers), and standard web analytics data when you consent to it.

How we use it

To deliver the BridgeWell program — coaching, nutrition, movement, and long-term outcomes coordination — and to improve the service. Health information you provide at intake is shared with our clinical partner so their licensed clinicians can handle your medical intake, prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, and clinical follow-up. We never sell your data.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary (login, session, security); others are optional and only run when you grant consent. See our cookie policy for the full breakdown and to change your preferences.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@bridgewellnow.com.
