The agreement between you and BridgeWell when you use the platform.
What BridgeWell is
BridgeWell is a metabolic health coordination platform. Medical services — including medical intake, prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, and clinical follow-up — are provided by our independent clinical partner. BridgeWell coordinates the overall experience and delivers coaching, nutrition, and movement programming, but is not itself a pharmacy, medical practice, or provider of medical advice. BridgeWell does not prescribe.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to enroll. Your clinical partner clinician determines whether GLP-1 therapy is medically appropriate during their intake review.
Billing
BridgeWell collects one charge: the $39.00 enrollment fee. Clinical visits, prescription, and pharmacy fulfillment are billed separately by our clinical partner. Cancellation rules and grace-period access for the BridgeWell program are described in your member portal.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to access other members' accounts, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

BridgeWell is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician with questions about a medical condition. The Telehealth Disclaimer describes the scope and limits of telehealth-delivered care through BridgeWell.
